Comments: This Blu-ray title is presented in a 2.40:1 aspect ratio. For starters I really liked how they made the title look like it was 1970.

They boosted greens and yellows while toning down other colors. It just reminded me of how old family movies look. The night scenes are done quite well. Shadow detail is excellent. The only complaints are at times you can see that artificial grain and there is some edge enhancement. Most will not notice so I consider them both to be minor.

The Dolby TrueHD soundtrack is awesome! You can hear (and feel) the hard hits during the football games. The crowd noise is also rendered well. All speakers will get a nice workout. The dialogue is distinct with great tonality.

Overall I really liked this title because it offers a good lesson in not giving up. And when you get drawn in you can't help but get a tear in your eye when you hear them shout: WE ARE, MARSHALL!
