Comments: This Blu ray title has an aspect ratio of 2.40:1. It has a very nice color palette which is pretty much grain free. Red and Blue colors were emphasized which help with the mood of the story. The movie has beautiful scenery. Only a couple of minor complaints that many won't most likely notice anyhow. Sometimes blacks can be a little to strong. I know I am a big fan of good inky blacks but not to the point where they can make a scene lose detail. Also, sometimes the brighter scenes are to bright. You almost need to wear sunglasses for them but then need to take them off for the darker scenes. The soundtrack comes with a PCM 5.1 and Dolby Digital. Both of them sound wonderfully bright which help draw you into the story. If there ever was a movie where the audio is done better then the picture Quality then here it is. Dialogue is perfectly rendered with distinct and clear voices. Overall I really didn't mind watching and hearing this Blu ray title. Which just goes to show you not all titles need to be action/adventures to be enjoyable...
