Comments: This Blu ray title has an aspect ratio of 2.35:1. This is probably the best looking Fox Blu ray title to date! It has exceptional black level with very accurate fleshtones. The colors are very nice as is shadow details. The close ups are very sharp! Some scenes of the city streets revealed razor sharp letters on the signs. Even their uniforms look very clear and vibrant. Only one minor complaint. Some (very few) scenes had some excessive noise which hurt the picture a little. Other than that this title is definitely up there with the best of them. The DTS-HD MASTER soundtrack is equally impressive! You will look over your shoulder more than a few times. The subwoofer and surrounds get a great workout. Dialogue is perfect. The explosions are pure adrenaline! This is my first review I am giving a perfect score for sound! Overall I have to recommend this Blu ray action title. With great special effects like Torch's fire and the very real but digitally rendered Silver Surfer, there is nothing not to like. This movie is pure eye candy and ear candy! Pick it up today!
